Pamela Rider

Pamela earned her Paralegal Certificate in 2001. She has over eighteen years of experience and has been working exclusively in Family Law for the past ten years. She brings a strong set of qualifications to the team, including excellent communication and organizational skills. She enjoys working directly with clients while assisting them through this challenging time in their lives. Pamela has experience working in both small and mid-sized firms. As part of her past responsibilities, she mentored/trained newer paralegals and drafted a Training Notebook for one firm. She organized and created specific office systems for another firm to facilitate a more efficient work product and a higher level of representation of clients. In addition, Pamela served for two years as a Family Law Section co-chair of the Orange County Paralegal Association. She assisted and coordinated meetings/speakers for paralegals to attend to fulfill their continuing legal education requirements. Pamela enjoys interior design. Her specialty is meshing functionality and organization with design. She is co-owner of two local manufacturing facilities. She enjoys her role as mother to four adult children and loves to read, play, and travel with her two grandchildren.
